Prices include done-for-you setup of the listed automations. Third-party SMS, phone numbers and software subscriptions sit in your own accounts and are not included. VAT applies if CleanDesk becomes VAT-registered.

Pilot note: with cleaning 4–6 hours most days, CleanDesk is starting as a small Starter pilot (about 1–2 firms), not a high-volume agency. If an audit shows you only need a simpler change, we will say so.

What the monthly fee covers

Monitoring the automations we set up, small wording tweaks, and email support with a two working-day reply target. It is not a general IT helpdesk or unlimited custom builds.

What you pay elsewhere

Twilio (or similar) numbers and SMS, WhatsApp Business fees if used, and your own FreeAgent, Xero or booking software subscriptions sit on accounts you own.
