Who we are

Kyle also runs CK Surface Cleaning Ltd in Bournemouth and Christchurch. CleanDesk is a separate side project. CK Surface Cleaning Ltd customer data is not mixed into CleanDesk marketing without a lawful basis.

What we collect

When you send an audit request: name, email, phone, business name, team size, area, channels, tools, package interest, notes, submission time and IP address (for spam prevention).

Why we use it

To respond to your request and, if you proceed, to deliver services. Lawful basis: consent (form tick) and, where applicable, steps toward a contract. IP and timing: legitimate interests in security.

Sharing

We use processors such as Cloudflare (hosting and, if enabled, Web Analytics) and any email or storage provider Kyle connects for leads. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Audit enquiries are kept up to 12 months, then deleted, unless we are working together and need them longer.

Your rights

You may withdraw consent, and request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Email [ENQUIRIES EMAIL]. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising cookies. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it is cookieless and aggregated.
